HELPER PLAN
$199/year
- 2 visits/year (biannual)

HANDY-PRO PLAN

Designed for homeowners who want reliable, year-round coverage.
GUARDIAN PLAN
$599/year
- 6 visits/year (ever other month)
- Up to 2 hours per visit

FIX ITS
Quick simple jobs we can take care of during our visit. These are jobs that we can complete with the tools and supplies we carry on our trucks.
FIX FIRST PROJECTS
Larger jobs that don't qualify as Fix-Its. Quoted in advance, with priority scheduling and member pricing.
MISTR LIST
During our initial visit we will create your personalized routine maintenance checklist. Your checklist will be updated and maintained over your FIX FIRST PLAN period. We take care of the little upkeep jobs that keep your home running smoothly, so nothing is forgotten.
HOW WE DECIDE WHAT'S INCLUDED
Every visit we will complete as many FIX ITS as your plan allows. To qualify as a FIX IT each item is accessed with a simple four question test.
Do we have the parts needed?
Do we have the tools/supplies needed?
Can it be completed within the timeframe?
Is it safe to do without shutting off power or water?
FIX FIRST PLAN POLICIES
The membership begins on the date of payment, and visits are scheduled at your convenience. If you happen to miss a visit, it will still be available, but you must reschedule it before the end of your year. There must be a minimum of 30 days between scheduled visits.
