Helper — $199/year
Annual Fix First walk-through with documented Mistr List • Four quarterly service visits, up to 2 hours each • Up to 6 Fix-Its completed per visit • Eligible maintenance tasks handled during visits • 15% member pricing on all quoted work • Priority scheduling over non-plan customers • Best for: most homes. Quarterly visits keep the list short, and member pricing pays for itself on the first real repair.
Handy Pro — $399/year
Annual Fix First walk-through with documented Mistr List • Six service visits per year, up to 2 hours each • Unlimited Fix-Its completed per visit • Eligible maintenance tasks handled during visits • 15% member pricing on all quoted work • Priority scheduling over non-plan customers • Best for: older homes, larger homes, and anyone who'd rather hand off the whole list at once.
